Netflix for Gamers

Gamefly lets you rent two games at a time with no overdue dates, with the option to buy at some point. If Netflix offered a "let us bill your account and we'll ship you the box and additional materials for the DVD you want to keep" I think I'd swoon.

In theory it's a good idea, but I would usually want a better copy of the DVD than the one I got from Netflix. I've gotten scratched and/or difficult to read discs from them a number of times.

If they would just send me a new copy of the DVD in box with my next shipment and bill it to my account, *then* I'd swoon. I've purchased many movies that I rented through Netflix.

Well that's an interesting point, the DVD quality one. I've had good luck.

My big Netflix issue is that when I sit down to fill up my queue, I end up getting all high-minded and I pick things I think I *should* watch. Then they get here and I realize I'm almost always in the mood for high-quality crap, not "important" movies.
