That Font Thing


That font thing got to nagging me, so I went out and cribbed the same Javascript from A List Apart that everyone else seems to have cribbed two years ago. Over on the left sidebar (there's only one sidebar today, tomorrow you may be grateful I specified):

One button picks sans body text, one picks serifed body text, and the third with the red ban sign on it presents a stylesheet with no font-family declarations at all, which means you're in charge of how it looks depending on your browser preferences. It sets a cookie, so the page should remember your choice next time you visit.

It is a crime that brain cells were wasted on this matter.

But then, look at me, I've never been willing to waste a single brain cell on my blog's appearance, so I might not be the best person to judge. :)
